Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to greet and communicate effectively with guests
Skills in managing reservations and seating arrangements
Reliable and punctual with good work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Basic knowledge of food safety and hospitality regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of reservation systems and guest service software beneficial
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and team player mindset
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Complete and pass required training modules
Know and maintain work schedule and professional appearance
Create a positive first impression and exceed guest expectations
Check reservation list and coordinate guest flow with Managers
Obtain station assignments for Servers and Bussers
Complete opening, side, and closing duties on time
Assist Manager with reservations and party assignments
Answer phone professionally and take reservations
Greet, acknowledge, seat, and invite guests to return
Assist guests with coat check
Escort guests to tables and present menus
Control guest flow through rotation seating and reservation plans
Re-set tables and maintain dining room cleanliness
Quote accurate waiting times and maintain waiting list
Inform manager if waiting times exceed estimates
Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and lobby
Perform bathroom checks
Assist with Platinum Club service and encourage membership
Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned
Follow company policies and applicable laws at all times
