Job Requirements

  • Ability to greet and communicate effectively with guests
  • Skills in managing reservations and seating arrangements
  • Reliable and punctual with good work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hospitality regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and guest service software beneficial

Job Duties

  • Complete and pass required training modules
  • Know and maintain work schedule and professional appearance
  • Create a positive first impression and exceed guest expectations
  • Check reservation list and coordinate guest flow with Managers
  • Obtain station assignments for Servers and Bussers
  • Complete opening, side, and closing duties on time
  • Assist Manager with reservations and party assignments
  • Answer phone professionally and take reservations
  • Greet, acknowledge, seat, and invite guests to return
  • Assist guests with coat check
  • Escort guests to tables and present menus
  • Control guest flow through rotation seating and reservation plans
  • Re-set tables and maintain dining room cleanliness
  • Quote accurate waiting times and maintain waiting list
  • Inform manager if waiting times exceed estimates
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and lobby
  • Perform bathroom checks
  • Assist with Platinum Club service and encourage membership
  • Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned
  • Follow company policies and applicable laws at all times
