Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide menus to guests promptly
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage and maintain the wait list and seating flow
- Inform guests about wait times when necessary
- Monitor table status to determine clean, dirty, and occupied tables
- Keep back-of-house staff informed about guest traffic
