Job Requirements
- Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to engage in repetitive motions and physical tasks
- Must be comfortable working in hot, humid and noisy environments
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to use appropriate professional verbiage when speaking with members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to memorize names and preferences of members
- Proficiency in basic computer and telephone systems
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
Job Duties
- Greet members as soon as they walk through the door
- Maintain a neat, organized front of house, desk area
- Assist with all opening and closing side work when needed
- Learn food and beverage menu
- Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for staff
- Answer phones and schedule all dining reservations
- Seat members in a timely manner
