Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to warmly greet and seat guests
- Attention to detail in managing seating charts and wait-lists
- Effective communication with team members
- Availability for a minimum of three shifts per week
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in casual or fine-dining settings preferred
- Experience in hotel or resort food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Ability to physically perform restaurant duties including carrying trays and cleaning
Job Duties
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival
- Managing table seating arrangements
- Maintaining guest wait-lists during busy periods
- Communicating with service staff about table status
- Presenting menus and informing guests of specials
- Assisting with general restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Utilizing paging devices to notify guests when tables are ready
