Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
  • ATC Responsible Vendor's License
  • Basic math and computer/tablet skills
  • Ability to stay professional in a stressful environment
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism
  • Superb multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work weekends, days, nights, and holidays
  • Positive and engaging personality
  • Ability to uphold company appearance and dress standards
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests upon entering the building and opening the door for guests needing assistance
  • Seating guests following a rotation while accommodating seating preferences
  • Using an iPad and OpenTable app to update seating charts and rotation status
  • Managing waitlists and reservations simultaneously
  • Answering the phone to handle guest inquiries, take messages, make reservations, and transfer private party requests
  • Maintaining the flow of service at all times
  • Communicating VIP guest arrivals and special requests to managers, chefs, and servers
