Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED or high school equivalence certificate
  • Previous casino, hospitality, sales, and marketing experience
  • Relevant guest service or front of house experience
  • Basic understanding of how casino rewards programs work
  • Familiarity with room and event amenity programs
  • Familiarity with casino CRM or CMS software
  • Excellent phone etiquette and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in conflict resolution
  • Proficient in LMS and applicable reservation software

Job Duties

  • Track promotion and special event pacing to ensure target participation goals are being met
  • Assist hosts in developing and executing special events on and off-site
  • Plan and execute targeted special events
  • Input all Host reservations adhering to the designated assigned status
  • Responsible for all special room amenity requests
  • Market property and all applicable promotions and special events through telemarketing, email and in-person contacts
  • Assist in promotions and special event planning
  • Assist the marketing department in executing brand promotions and events
  • Act as an ambassador for the marketing department with all internal guests within the company
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to continue to refine skills and knowledge in marketing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
