Job Duties
- Assigns stations to servers and bussers
- checks to see that stations are sufficiently supplied and that guests are properly taken care of
- greet guests as they enter dining area and seat them accordingly
- maintains a close working relationship with servers to encourage teamwork among the staff
- assist as a busser as needed
- adheres to all Health Department rules and regulations
- perform any other required duties as requested by the General Manager
- carry out all duties in a safe manner
- be flexible and adaptable to changes in the job
- treat everyone with dignity and respect
