Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
Ability to maintain a composed, gracious presence while managing the energy of the entrance and waiting area
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
No high school diploma or GED required
Ability to remain on feet for the entire length of the shift
Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain reservation system, seating, and guest flow with discretion
Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
Anticipate guest needs and handle special request, dietary notes, and guest preference with care and discretion
Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving
Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation
