Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • Ability to maintain a composed, gracious presence while managing the energy of the entrance and waiting area
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to remain on feet for the entire length of the shift
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

Job Duties

  • Maintain reservation system, seating, and guest flow with discretion
  • Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle special request, dietary notes, and guest preference with care and discretion
  • Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving
  • Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation
