Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming guests promptly and warmly
- Managing reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Seating guests according to dining room capacity and guest preferences
- Communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the menu and restaurant policies
- Maintaining a clean and organized host station
- Assisting with general restaurant duties as needed
