Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 1 year host experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
- TIPS training required by start date
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and over 50 pounds with assistance
- Willing to work flexible schedule including nights and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age

- Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with great attention to detail
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and friendly greeting
- Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
- Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waitstaff
- Answer phones and schedule reservations with large parties
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day following clean-as-you-go procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
