Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 months experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Basic customer service skills
- Mathematical aptitude for cash handling
- Proficient English communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Physical capability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand and move throughout the shift
- Must have good vision and physical dexterity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience of 3 months or longer in restaurant or hospitality preferred
- Basic to general knowledge of restaurant operations and food service principles
- General knowledge of customer service skills
- High school level mathematical aptitude and standard cash handling procedures
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to perform duties with attention to detail and courtesy
- Ability to handle varied customer service situations tactfully
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Greet arriving guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Assign seating sections and notify servers of new guests
- Maintain a visible presence to assist servers and respond to guest requests
- Deliver food promptly ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Clear used tableware and reset tables efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers
- Maintain stockroom supplies and ensure dining room cleanliness
