Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a host or busser role helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Acknowledge guests with an enthusiastic welcome and appreciative good-bye
- Positively interact with guests as they enter and ensure proper seating rotation and wait list procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and the restrooms
- Complete opening or closing duties and weekly maintenance
- Work closely with servers to clear and reset tables
- Control the flow of guests to enhance dining experience
- Support team members in ensuring a smooth operation
