Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- one month food service experience preferred
- able to work varied shifts
- possess good communication skills
- able to stand and walk for majority of the day
- able to perform light cleaning duties
- comply with food safety and sanitation processes
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- one month food service experience preferred
- on-the-job training will be provided
- ServSafe certification may be required depending on location
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage reservations
- seat guests promptly according to seating availability and server rotation
- maintain an accurate waitlist during busy periods providing estimated wait times
- answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- take reservations or to-go orders
- monitor dining room activity to ensure smooth flow of service
- assist with coordinating table turnover
- deliver food to tables accurately and efficiently as a food runner
- clear and reset tables including removing dishes and wiping surfaces
- prepare tables for new guests
- collaborate with servers kitchen staff and leadership to maintain a clean organized welcoming environment
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs or concerns and escalating to leadership
- assist with light cleaning tasks during downtime
- perform additional tasks as directed by leadership to support overall operation
- comply with HACCP guidelines
- incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- perform other duties as required
