- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to greet and interact with guests in a positive and professional manner
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly welcoming attitude as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Ensure the efficient seating of guests based on availability and party size
- Maintain an organized and accurate waiting list ensuring guests are seated in a timely manner
- Communicate with the front-of-house team including servers and bartenders to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Assist in answering phones and taking reservations or providing information about the menu and restaurant
- Ensure the dining area is clean organized and presentable at all times
- Handle guest inquiries concerns and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Assist in light administrative tasks including taking to-go orders and helping with the flow of service
