Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or hospitality
- proficiency with OpenTable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- detail oriented
- ability to work on feet for entire shift
- ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- punctuality and reliability
- able to lift and move up to 10 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented or administrative position in a customer-facing environment
- experience with OpenTable reservation system
- high school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- strong communication skills
- detail oriented
- ability to remain calm and use good judgment to resolve problems
- punctual and reliable with regular attendance
- able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- oversee communication between restaurant managers and guests
- manage OpenTable reservations, waitlists, and inquiries
- provide polished phone support and hospitality to guests
- assist the service team to ensure timely guest needs fulfillment
- handle lost items, credit card issues, guest messages, complaints, and large party requests
- make reservation confirmation calls and note guest requests
- maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times
