Job Requirements

  • prior experience in a hospitality setting preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests efficiently and with warmth
  • coordinate guest reservations and manage seating plans
  • respond to customer inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner

  • maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • collaborate with the restaurant team to optimize guest experiences
