Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- open availability and flexibility to work any shift
- ability to communicate effectively both in person and on the phone
- physical ability to continuously bend, reach, twist and use hands
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment
Job Qualifications
- High volume customer/guest service experience preferred
- consistency, reliability and a positive attitude
- high energy, showing excitement and enthusiasm
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
- values teamwork and providing the highest level of customer service

Job Duties
- Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- work quickly and efficiently
- follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- maintain proper quality parameters
- effectively maintain wait and quote times
- assist bussers and servers in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- communicate with fellow team members and management to keep one another informed and wear a headset
- participate in ongoing training and development
