Job Qualifications
- high volume customer/guest service experience preferred
- consistency, reliability and a positive attitude
- high energy, showing excitement and enthusiasm
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
- values teamwork and providing the highest level of customer service
- open availability and flexibility are a must
- continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands
- ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs
Job Duties
- work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- work quickly and efficiently
- follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- maintain proper quality parameters
- effectively maintain our wait and quote times
- assist bussers and servers in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- communicate with fellow team members and management to keep one another informed
- participate in ongoing training and development
