Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant
- Take reservations or place guests on the waiting list
- Provide menus and escort guests to their seats
- Handle phone calls and respond to customer queries about the restaurant and menu
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers rapidly and accurately
- Communicate additional guest requests or food allergy needs to kitchen staff or expeditor
- Assist various restaurant staff when necessary
