Job Requirements

  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 40 lbs several times a day
  • previous experience in a high volume restaurant setting is preferred
  • flexibility to work in varying conditions

  • at least 16 years of age
  • authorized to work in the US

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests while managing the online seating wait list to determine dining flow
  • welcome and thank guests ensuring a positive dining experience
  • handle guest check transactions following proper cash handling procedures processing gift cards and rewards program transactions
  • operate the point of sale computer terminal
  • answer the restaurant phone and enter to-go food orders
  • respond appropriately to guest requests and concerns communicating them to servers or management as deemed appropriate
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas during and after service
