Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred but not mandatory
- Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
- Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time, 6-8 hours per shift
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
- Inform guests of wait times and enter their names into the Resy system
- Escort guests to their tables and bid them farewell upon departure
- Take drink orders and refill beverages as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning glassware and menus
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to enhance the dining experience
