Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred but not mandatory
- Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
- Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods, 6-8 hours per shift
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth
- Inform guests of wait times and manage seating using Resy system
- Escort guests to their tables and bid farewell upon departure
- Take drink orders and refill beverages
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning glassware and menus
- Maintain clean and stocked restrooms
- Ensure positive guest interactions and contribute to the overall dining experience
