Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred but not mandatory
- must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
- must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
- ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand, walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods, 6-8 hours per shift
- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively within a team
- ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
- ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and warmth
- inform guests of wait times and manage the seating chart using Resy
- escort guests to their tables and bid them farewell upon departure
- take and refill drink orders as required
- perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning glasses and menus
- ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly
- maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
