Job Duties
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude
- Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently using our system
- Guide guests to their tables, lanes, or event spaces
- Communicate wait times and assist with guest inquiries about attractions, food, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, lobby, and entryway
- Coordinate with servers, event staff, and management to ensure smooth guest flow
- Provide knowledgeable answers about FastTrax attractions and offerings
- Uphold safety, service, and appearance standards at all times
