Job Requirements
- Fine dining experience or equivalent professionalism
- Deep respect for pacing, detail, and teamwork
- Ability to read the room and engage guests with warmth and restraint
- Composure and humility under pressure
- Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility and flexibility in small spaces
- Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times
- Required to be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance

- Previous experience in fine dining or equivalent hospitality setting
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a disciplined team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage seating and reservation flow to optimize dining room efficiency
- Monitor guest pacing and dining room ambiance to maintain a balanced atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Engage guests with attentiveness while maintaining discretion and respect
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with composure
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality and professionalism
