Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with phone systems and reservation software preferred

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each Guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- Coordinate and control Guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to departing Guests
- Walk Guests to their table and engage with them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Communicate effectively with Guests and fellow Team Members
- Work cooperatively as a team player
- Assist with managing reservations and seating arrangements
