Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule

- mobility required during entire shift
- ability to transport and carry objects such as high chairs up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift
- ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris and wipe down booth seats
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills
- previous hosting experience an asset
- ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
- ability to manage guest waitlists efficiently
- capability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of restaurant seating procedures
Job Duties
- Greets and seats guests in a friendly manner
- assists in maintaining overall guest flow
- opens door for guests arriving and departing
- accommodates special needs of guests such as boosters, high chairs, and disabilities
- manages the wait list when the restaurant is full
- provides guest assistance to servers as needed
- maintains a clean and organized work area and completes cleaning assignments
- fills out feature board and inflates balloons
