Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
- Upsell P.F. Chang's menu items and promotions where appropriate
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout and server areas to seat guests correctly and efficiently
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
- Learn curbside order process and takeout expectations
- Conduct side-work as required for each shift
