Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 6 months experience in restaurant or customer service preferred
- Ability to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
- Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude required
- Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Must have good hearing for effective communication
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle objects and controls
- Capability to work in noisy environments
- Must tolerate potential exposure to allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
- Ability to work in both warm and cool indoor/outdoor environments
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication skills with team members and management
- Ability to create memorable guest experiences
- Good judgment and adaptive attitude
- Outgoing, polite, patient, and positive personality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
- Inform guests of wait times and manage guest names in the reservation system
- Show guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements
- Refill beverages and attend to guest needs throughout their visit
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning glass, menus, and restrooms
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly
- Use reservation, telephone, paging, and voicemail systems proficiently
- Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Support To-Go orders as needed
- Follow all steps of service and comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a warm, hospitable demeanor in a fast-paced environment
