Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and promptly as they arrive
Guide guests to their tables and present clean menus
Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize dining flow
Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints
Assist in managing wait lists and reservations
Provide guests with information on menu items and specials when needed
Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
