Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to greet guests warmly and professionally
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage wait lists and provide accurate wait times
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Willingness to work as part of a team
Basic understanding of service and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of wait times and manage the wait list accurately
Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Collaborate with store management and team members to create a cohesive team environment
Ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience
Sell menu items passionately by sharing knowledge about food and drinks
Support team members during busy periods and special events
