Job Duties
- Greet customers
- assist guests with reservations and guide them to their tables
- provide accurate wait time estimates
- give customers menus and answer initial questions
- optimize seating to ensure even workload for wait staff
- answer phones
- schedule reservations
- perform side work, station setup, and light restaurant maintenance
