Job Duties
- Greet customers
- help guests with reservations and guide them to their tables
- give guests accurate wait time estimates
- provide customers with menus and answer initial questions
- optimize seating at tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
- answer phones and schedule reservations
- perform side work, station set up, and light restaurant maintenance
