Job Duties
- Greet and attend to customers so they feel welcomed
- Manage the wait list and communicate with the rest of the team on table readiness and server section availability
- Strategize seating to optimize server efficiency
- Multitask during high volume periods to maintain service quality
- Provide a warm and energetic welcome to new and returning guests
- Ensure smooth coordination with servers and kitchen staff
- Maintain an upbeat and friendly demeanor throughout shifts
