Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be energetic and personable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high volume
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic computer proficiency

- Basic knowledge of computer systems for managing waitlists and reservations
Job Duties
- Greet and attend to customers so they feel welcomed
- Manage the wait list and update guests on wait times
- Communicate with the team on table readiness and server section availability
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize efficiency
- Assist in training new hosts as needed
