- Must be able to multitask in a high volume environment

- Manage the wait list efficiently to maintain a smooth guest flow
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff regarding table readiness and server section availability
- Multitask effectively in a high volume environment to balance seating and guest needs
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the overall dining experience
