Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile, provide wait times, and guide them to their table
- manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow in the dining and bar areas
- answer phones and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism
- assist with takeout orders, including payments and order accuracy
- support the team by clearing tables, refilling water, or delivering drinks as needed
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
