- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ years of host experience in a hospitality atmosphere
- able to complete RBS training and certification for alcohol service
- able to complete ServSafe or food handler's training and certification

- 2+ years of host experience in a high-volume restaurant atmosphere preferred
- casino experience preferred
- sports knowledge as necessary preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- maintain an accurate account of sectional seating rotation
- manage waitlist operations
- answer phone calls and place to-go orders
- ensure exceptional guest service and teamwork
- lead guests to their table with menus and silverware
- assist servers as necessary
- maintain a clean reception area
- complete side work and opening or closing tasks
- communicate with management regarding guest recovery issues
