Job Requirements

No formal education requirements
1 year of serving or customer service experience
Ability to work Saturday and Sunday evenings most weeks
Food handler's card
OLCC certification
Reliable transportation
Current driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to stand for long periods
Strong communication skills

Job Duties

Fill out and perform daily FOH opening duties checklist when applicable
Greet customers and present menus
Place table settings neatly
Make recommendations based upon your own menu knowledge
Provide quality customer service
Communicate missing items or misfires with the kitchen
Adhere to health department rules and regulations upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards
Collect payment and deliver bills when appropriate
Ensure server stations are stocked
Roll silverware
Help bussers clean and sanitize tables when necessary
Fill out and perform daily FOH closing duties checklist when applicable
