Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
strong interpersonal skills
availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Engaging and welcoming personality
passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
excellent communication skills
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of reservation systems preferred

Job Duties

Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
estimate wait times for guests and monitor the guest waiting list
ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
answer the telephone, book reservations and move tables together to accommodate large parties
