Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to work varied schedules, including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to restaurant tables in accordance with established guest service standards
- Offer choice of seating to guests and present menus
- Maintain proper setup of the dining room
- Read, maintain and make daily entries in the log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management
- Assist with service as needed or requested
- Receive records and make arrangements for reservations and special restaurant functions
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
