Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Self-motivated and able to perform quality work with limited supervision
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capable of safely lifting and maneuvering trays when needed
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
- Escort guests to their table, announce server's name, and present menus
- Share daily specials and answer questions about the menu and services
- Manage the seating chart and assist in station assignments and reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, menus, and front of house
- Monitor waitlists and guest flow
- manage guest expectations during busy periods
- Support the dining room team to ensure timely and courteous service
- Confirm and manage dining reservations and special event seating
- Handle to-go orders and member payments in coordination with the bartender
- Complete assigned cleaning and closing tasks
- Conduct open menu counts periodically to relay to kitchen team
- Communicate guest feedback or concerns to management
- Assist with other duties as assigned by leads or management
