Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Self-motivated and able to perform quality work with limited supervision
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Capable of safely lifting and maneuvering trays when needed
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
  • Escort guests to their table, announce server's name, and present menus
  • Share daily specials and answer questions about the menu and services
  • Manage the seating chart and assist in station assignments and reservations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, menus, and front of house
  • Monitor waitlists and guest flow
  • manage guest expectations during busy periods
  • Support the dining room team to ensure timely and courteous service
  • Confirm and manage dining reservations and special event seating
  • Handle to-go orders and member payments in coordination with the bartender
  • Complete assigned cleaning and closing tasks
  • Conduct open menu counts periodically to relay to kitchen team
  • Communicate guest feedback or concerns to management
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by leads or management
