Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Friendly and approachable personality
Reliable and punctual
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Self-motivated and able to perform quality work with limited supervision
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Capable of safely lifting and maneuvering trays when needed
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
Escort guests to their table, announce server's name, and present menus
Share daily specials and answer questions about the menu and services
Manage the seating chart and assist in station assignments and reservations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, menus, and front of house
Monitor waitlists and guest flow
manage guest expectations during busy periods
Support the dining room team to ensure timely and courteous service
Confirm and manage dining reservations and special event seating
Handle to-go orders and member payments in coordination with the bartender
Complete assigned cleaning and closing tasks
Conduct open menu counts periodically to relay to kitchen team
Communicate guest feedback or concerns to management
Assist with other duties as assigned by leads or management
