Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- manage the waitlist and provide timely updates to guests
- ensure dining room tables are clean and ready for new guests
- maintain a smooth flow of seating during busy hours
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- assist with answering guest questions and accommodating special requests
- uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the host area
