Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service
  • Experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

  • Accurately quoting wait times and managing reservations
  • Catering to guests by providing special experiences
  • Escorting guests to their table and providing a seamless experience
  • Providing a warm farewell and invitation to return
  • Focusing on your team and guests - every decision you make should always have the guest and team in mind
