Job Requirements

  • Ability to greet guests warmly and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to manage waitlists and seating arrangements
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • No prior restaurant experience required as training is provided

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Manage seating and waitlists efficiently to keep the dining room flowing
  • Communicate with guests to provide updates about seating and wait times
  • Assist in preparing tables and ensuring readiness for new guests
  • Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor while working collaboratively with team members
  • Stay calm and collected during busy periods to provide excellent customer service
