Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to greet and engage guests warmly
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals, seating, and offering a warm farewell
Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their tables and engaging with them
Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Be a team player and work collaboratively with others
