Job Requirements

Must be at least 17 years old
eligible to work in the United States
team-oriented with a passion to succeed
reliable and punctual
ability to stand for extended periods
flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of restaurant operations
friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
answer phone calls and provide information to guests
collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
assist in managing the guest waiting list
maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess station
manage seating arrangements efficiently to maximize table turnover
provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
