Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage guest flow during peak hours

- Set and maintain guest expectations during high volume times
- Thank guests genuinely as they leave and invite them to return
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
