Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
- ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfectant soap
- willing to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- prior experience in customer service is a plus
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- maintain overall guest flow and seating arrangements
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- support team operations to ensure a smooth restaurant environment
- communicate effectively with coworkers and diners
