Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems

Job Duties

  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the establishment
  • Manage waitlists and monitor guest flow during busy periods
  • Assist with maintaining health and safety standards in the front-of-house area
